Terry Lane Thomas

Mr. Terry Lane Thomas of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019, at his residence in Burkesville, having attained the age of 63 years, 7 months, and 27 days. He was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Wednesday, August 17, 1955, the son of Richard Traylor and Jo (Keaton) Thomas. He was a retired businessman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Don Davis. He is survived by his sister, Ricki Sharon Davis, brother, Mark Alan Thomas, both of Burkesville, Kentucky, nephews, Tait Alan (Kayla) Thomas of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Richard Trent (Allie) Thomas of Burkesville, Kentucky, and a host of family and friends. The funeral service was conducted on Sunday, April 21, 2019, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville, Kentucky with Bro. Gary Cash officiating and with special music by Libby Mullinix. Burial was in the Burkesville Cemetery in Burkesville, Kentucky. Casket Bearers were Daryl Davis, Gary Mackey, J.R. Mackey, Johnny Riley, Brian Kelsey, and Jessie Gilbert. Honorary Casket Bearer was Harlan Hurt. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in his memory to Norris-New Funeral Home to help with final expenses. Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville, Kentucky was honored to be in charge of all the arrangements.
