Ronnie Micheal Flowers

Mr. Ronnie Michael Flowers of Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at his residence having attained the age of 69 years, 10 months, and 22 days. He was born on Friday, September 14, 1956, in Burkesville, Kentucky, the son of George & Dona Alma (Ooten) Flowers. Ronnie was of the Christian faith, attended Grace Union Baptist Church, and was known as an avid gardener and logger. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by granddaughter, Katelyn Pitcock; great-granddaughter, Winnie; brother, C.A. Flowers; sister Josephine “Jo” Lewis; and niece, Shelley Flowers.

He is survived by his children, Cynthia (& Todd) Pitcock and Chris (& Angie) Flowers both of Burkesville, Kentucky; best friend, Joyce Flowers of Burkesville, Kentucky; brothers, Randolph (& Tammy) Flowers, Larry (& Pam) Flowers both of Burkesville, Kentucky; sister, Janice Groce of Burkesville, Kentucky; grandchildren, Raegan Pitcock, Brynlee Pitcock, Garrett Flowers, Lynlee Flowers; along with several fur-babies.

The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home with Bro. Todd Bryant officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 8, 2026, after 12:00 Noon until the funeral hour. Burial will follow in the Modoc Cemetery in Cumberland County, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, contribution appreciated to the Ronnie Flowers Memorial Fund c/o Norris-New Funeral Home.
