Donna Marie (Sizemore) Wolfe

Mrs. Donna Marie (Sizemore) Wolfe of Burkesville, Kentucky, formally of Hazard, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky, having attained the age of 64 years, 4 months, and 5 days. She was born on Saturday, September 10, 1960 in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of Kenneth & Bobbie Jean (Adams) Sizemore. She was of the Christian faith, and a member of Spears Chapel Church. Donna worked as a secretary, waitress, a factory worker, and a loving homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Linda Green, Lucy (Jennie) Bow, Kenny “Critter” Sizemore, Ricky Sizemore, and granddaughter, Gracie Faye Hurt.

She is survived by her children, Joey Lee (& Ashley Roeper) Hurt of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Christopher Lee (& Lisa) Hurt of Burkesville, Kentucky, Crystal Lynn Cromwell of Jamestown, Kentucky, Kenneth Glen (& Shanelle Stinson) Hurt of Albany, Kentucky, Raelea Jean Franklin, Samuel Kyle Franklin both of Burkesville, Kentucky. siblings, Glenda Faye Holbrook of Albany, Kentucky, Judy Carol Moore of Garrett, Kentucky, grandchildren, Haylee Pennington, Haven Cromwell, Sawyer Hurt, Tyson Hurt, Maelee Hurt, Jaxson Hurt, Jace Hurt, Eleanore Hurt, Karli Bradford, Katelynn Willis, Wesley Sondag, great-grandchildren, Seph Smith, and Anya Smith.

The funeral was conducted on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. in the Memory Chapel of the Norris-New Funeral Home, with Bro. Gary Cash officiating. Burial was in the Vincent Cemetery in Cumberland County Kentucky. Casket Bearers were Christopher Hurt, Kenneth Hurt, Samuel Franklin, Joey Hurt, Justin Brown, and Bradley Sturgill. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to the Donna Wolfe Memorial Fund.
