Bertha M. Robertson

Bertha M. Robertson, age 89, of Auburn, Kentucky passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019, at the Cumberland Valley Manor in Burkesville, Kentucky. She was born in Logan County, Kentucky on November 18, 1929, to the late Paul Cooper and Carrie Mazelle (Thornton) Hayes. She retired from the Auburn Hosiery Mill as a Supervisor/Quality Control after 54 years and is a member of the USA Presbyterian Church in Auburn. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Payton Robertson and her son, Kenneth Wayne Robertson. She is survived by her granddaughter, Carrol D. Spears (David) of Burkesville and four great-grandchildren, Kimberly Jane Singleton (Chris), Austin Chandler Goss, Kendra Payton Doss, and Darian Page Goss. Funeral Services were conducted Sunday, June 16, 2019, in the Young Funeral Home Auburn Chapel (213 Spring Street, Auburn, Ky 42206) with Bro. David Daugherty officiating. Burial was in the Auburn Cemetery. Pallbearers were Gary Joe Lee, Tony Womack, Jimmy Fleenor, David Sutton, Craig Edwards, and Mike Robinson.
